Our pill organizers are 3D printed to order with PLA, a plant-based plastic made from corn starch and sugarcane. PLA is BPA-free by nature, and there is no glue, paint, or coating inside the compartments — your pills sit in a clean, dry space. Every box is inspected by hand before it ships.

Yes. PLA contains no BPA, and each box is printed as solid pieces with nothing added inside the compartments. Keep it clean and dry, and away from high heat (no dishwasher, no hot car dashboard). We organize your meds — for anything about the medication itself, your pharmacist is the right person to ask.

We offer Small, Medium, and Large. Choose the size on the product page and the price updates automatically.

If your pills are standard size, Small/Medium works great. If you take larger pills, supplements, or many pills per slot, we recommend Large.

• Special mix: box + lids + sun + moon each can be different

Yes. You can scroll the color circles, or tap + more to choose from the full list.

Screens can show colors differently (brightness/filters). We do our best to match, but slight variation can happen.

• No name
• Engraved
• Colorfully engraved (available for Two colors & Special mix)

Single color is one material/color, so colored engraving isn’t available there. Choose Two colors or Special mix to unlock it.

Keep it short + clear (ex: “Mom’s Vitamins”, “AM/PM”, “Sunday Reset”). Please double-check spelling before adding to cart ✨

Yes 🎁 Every order includes one free gift. Select your favorite option on the product page.

A text field appears after you select Custom name keychain. Type your name and double-check the spelling.

You can choose an optional donation percentage (0%, 15%, 20%, 25%, or custom). This amount is added on top of your total and helps support people who can’t afford meds.

You’ll see it in the page summary before checkout (sale price + donation %). If you select 0%, it stays 0.

Most orders ship within a few business days. During high demand, it may take a bit longer. You’ll get tracking once shipped.

If international shipping is enabled at checkout, yes. Any customs/import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

If there’s an issue, contact us and include photos. For custom items, returns may be limited, but we always try to help with the best solution.

Because the filament shifts color as it prints, every box is one of a kind — the swatch is a close guide, not a photocopy.

The moment your box ships you get an email with a USPS tracking number. You can also open Track My Order in the top menu any time — just enter your order number and the email you used.

New customers get 20% off automatically at checkout — no code needed, you will see it applied in your order summary. If you have WELCOME20 from our welcome popup, it is the same discount, so entering it will not stack a second one.

No — we make the cutest way to organize what your doctor already prescribed. For questions about doses, timing, or which pills can share a compartment, please ask your pharmacist or doctor.

Yes! Caregivers, nurses, and clinics order in batches. Email info@usacuttie.com with the quantity and colors you would like and we will put together a group order — and every box still gets its free gift.

Warm water, a drop of dish soap, and a soft cloth or cotton swab. Rinse, then let it dry fully before refilling. No dishwasher and no boiling water — PLA softens above about 140°F (60°C).
