Our pill organizers are 3D printed with durable plastic (PLA). Each one is made-to-order and inspected before shipping.

Is it safe for daily use? ＋

Yes—these are designed for everyday use. Like any organizer, keep it clean and dry, and avoid high heat (dishwasher / car dashboard heat).

What sizes do you offer? ＋

We offer Small, Medium, and Large. Choose the size on the product page and the price updates automatically.

Which size should I pick? ＋

If your pills are standard size, Small/Medium works great. If you take larger pills, supplements, or many pills per slot, we recommend Large.

How do colors work (Single / Two / Special Mix)? ＋

• Single color: box + lids the same color
• Two colors: box one color + lids another
• Special mix: box + lids + sun + moon each can be different

Can I choose any color you show? ＋

Yes. You can scroll the color circles, or tap + more to choose from the full list.

What if my chosen color looks slightly different in real life? ＋

Screens can show colors differently (brightness/filters). We do our best to match, but slight variation can happen.

Can I add a name or special words? ＋

Yes 💖 You can choose:

• No name
• Engraved
• Colorfully engraved (available for Two colors & Special mix)

Why can’t I choose “Colorfully engraved” with Single color? ＋

Single color is one material/color, so colored engraving isn’t available there. Choose Two colors or Special mix to unlock it.

What should I type for the name? ＋

Keep it short + clear (ex: “Mom’s Vitamins”, “AM/PM”, “Sunday Reset”). Please double-check spelling before adding to cart ✨

Do I really get a free gift? ＋

Yes 🎁 Every order includes one free gift. Select your favorite option on the product page.

If I choose “Custom name keychain”, where do I type the name? ＋

A text field appears after you select Custom name keychain. Type your name and double-check the spelling.

What does the donation option mean? ＋

You can choose an optional donation percentage (0%, 15%, 20%, 25%, or custom). This amount is added on top of your total and helps support people who can’t afford meds.

Where can I see the donation amount? ＋

You’ll see it in the page summary before checkout (sale price + donation %). If you select 0%, it stays 0.

How long does it take to ship? ＋

Most orders ship within a few business days. During high demand, it may take a bit longer. You’ll get tracking once shipped.

Do you ship internationally? ＋

If international shipping is enabled at checkout, yes. Any customs/import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? ＋

If there’s an issue, contact us and include photos. For custom items, returns may be limited, but we always try to help with the best solution.
